Cystitis

Cystitis is an infection of the urinary tract.

Eczema

Eczema or dermatitis is a (chronic) inflammation of the skin. Eczema is marked by itchy skin and crusty skin lesions. It is not known what exactly causes Eczema but an over-active immune system may at least be part of the cause.

Malaria

Malaria is an infectious disease caused by Plasmodia parasitic protozoa. This disease is transmitted by a mosquito bite with a large variety of symptoms like fever, headache and seizures. It can cause neurological problems and death. For those people who survive Malaria infection, the chances to have neurological complications and cognitive impairments are high.

AIDS

The Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome is caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. HIV/AIDS attacks cells of the immune system making the body more susceptible to infections and tumors. As a result, patients often suffer from nausea, loss of appetite, intractable pain and other secondary symptoms often associated with cancer (cachexia/wasting syndrome).

Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis is one of the diseases where a therapeutic role for cannabinoids has been investigated for a long time.

Alzheimer's disease

Alzheimer’s disease is a chronic neurodegenerative disease and the main cause of dementia. Main common symptoms of dementia are related with memory but other cognitive processes are affected during the development of the disease.

Bone cancer

Bone cancers result from primary tumor invasion to bone. cannabinoids can be used to relieve Bone Cancer pain through their anti-inflammatory properties and also they could be used to treat cancer itself.

CBGV

CBGV interacts with several receptors and may have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties but this is still under investigation.

CBGA

CBGA is a precursor for the production of THC but has some therapeutic, anti-inflammatory, value as well. Given the number of receptor interactions CBGA is likely to have more therapeutic properties.

CBDA

CBDA is a precursor of CBD (obtained by decarboxylation of CBDA) that has physiological and therapeutic properties of its own right.
